Conditions for the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

To be eligible for a refund under the 60-day trial policy, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund requests can only be submitted after at least 25 days from the delivery date.

• The product must be used for a minimum of 25 consecutive days in order to properly evaluate the results.

• If multiple bottles were purchased, at least one full bottle must be used before submitting a refund request.

• Once the request is approved by our customer support team, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all items that were included in the order.

• The product must be returned using a tracked shipping method to the return address provided by our support team.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within up to 14 business days.

• Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.

• Incomplete, unreadable, or partially submitted requests may be rejected.

• MintGlow reserves the right to review each request and approve or deny it at its sole discretion based on the provided information and product inspection.
